Birthday PartiesParties are 1 hours long, 55 minutes of gymnastic instruction and 35 minutes of "party time" for children ages 4 to 12 years old. The gymnastics portion of the party consists of a quick warm-up, rule time, obstacle course, trampoline, balance beam, pit play, and parachute. Parties are geared to the age of the birthday child, so please remember that too large of an age span is difficult for a successful party.
